    Such a beautiful hotel with great food and jovial customer service team. really enjoyed And it is really near to the tip main city, where we can enjoy and easy and easy access to everything, including cable, Bridge of peace, and Best location to axis after roaming around the city, everything including transportation, nightlife restaurant, everything everything is near to it, and I really enjoyed the hotel stay

    I had booked budget rooms but when we checked in and saw the room it was horrible as there was not window or gallery in the room. It was too suffocating so we upgraded the rooms by paying extra

    No Hygiene Jet spray in the washroom and staff not helpful.

    There is no Hygiene Jet spray in the washroom and is not even mentioned on the website while booking, Staff is rude and not helpful as I informed reception after check-in that there is no shower gel in the washroom and without checking she replied that housekeeping staff already kept it there, she believes to the housekeeping staff more then the guest. All are very rude and not helpful

    It was a pleasant stay at kmm. The service was extraordinary. The view from their restaurant is great. Also it's in the city centre so tourist attractions are near by.

    Location very good hotel good but you need to ask for refill (water bottles, shampoo and towels) and was then done iastly one thing struck to me was breakfast where you will find after reaching in morning that your room number is missing and need to call reception which they will confirm back but this happened almost daily and it didn't went well with me overall hotel was good and staff was also ok extra bed was not comfortable
