had made a booking through make my trip reference FROM 04.05.25till 09.05.25 in new building As per my booking ref I was supposed to get bathtub and in new wing I was allotted room' number 303 in old building without bathtub Very uncooperative, arrogant, rude, unethical&misbehaved staff My request for shifting to nee wing and bathtub fell on deaf ears I highly recommend not to book in such hotel where staff misbehaves with customer that to with senior citizens like us AC,tv internet not working

Room size is ok and it’s clean. Bedding comfortable and room service was ok. So far the best part is location it’s very central and breakfast. The breakfast is comparable to uae 5* hotels breakfast. Staff at front desk understand english and take care of foreign guest but this is not the same as other staff including kitchen, waiting and concierge. May be management needs them to train. Overall hotel is good price/value is 50/50.

The hotel was classy, rooms were super clean, and breakfast was pretty decent, the location is one of the best, just adjacent to clock tower, bridge of peace and old tbilisi lane, which had a fantastic vibe in the evening. I loved my stay at the hotel and would love to visit again.
