We stayed there for 3 nights. Good location, right outside the metro station. Room which we stayed (4 of us) was compact but adequate as per our budget. Hygiene and cleanliness was well maintained. Since the overall layout of the Hotel du Midi Paris Montparnasse is very compact (5 rooms on floor) and i believe wooden/soft floor, slightest of the movement in the room creates noise across floors/rooms. Reception staff was warm and helpful. Good eating options nearby.
