The Hotel Univers is really value for money. Best location. Great staff. Very helping. Good breakfast. Actually the best part is location, location & location with a friendly staff especially nikolay, heini, christelle, abdul, rabia. The tram station and many indian restaurants are nearby which saves on spending on taxi.

If you are looking for a stay in the main market with all tourist spot near by then this is a perfect location. Breakfast was very good and rooms very clean. People at reception are very helpful to plan your travel
