Terrible Stay

Worst experience ever do not come to this hotel with child as hotel is not supported specially staff of night shift really bad we had get 4 luggage’s child stroller down from 11 floor even after telling them Evan after telling about this prior day.

A great courteous staff always smiling made our stay very comfortable and happy. The staff ensured that we had a smooth checkout at 3 am in morning with packed breakfast ready for us ! the reception of this hotel is massive and welcoming. Over all a superb place. It is walking distance from funnicular, upper town, the cannon boom tower, indian restaurants.

Stayed for 3 nights in room 809 from 9th to 12th august, 2023. House keeping was horrendous and a big blot on westin’s reputation. The beds were not being made, the cups and glasses never washed, carpet dirty and not cleaned, no replenishment of tea, coffee, creamer and sugar. No replenishment even after request. While they do have a turn down service and it did happen on 9th & 10th, no turn down service on 11th. Not a hotel that i would stay again. In fact stay at own risk. Not recommended for others
