Nice hotel but compare activity rates before booking at hotel

Hotel is at a nice location walkable from santa elena (you will find a lot of small eateries etc )and also has a short 300 mtrs private forest trail inside the resort. But they said that they dint have groups for the monteverde reserve tour when i stayed. That was ridiculous because one would stay there to see the forest reserve but they refer the sky adventures tour which i feel is a bit higher than 100% aventura ( which they don’t have on their activities list) and the latter has the longest zip line so compare prices online before you book. I checked in afternoon and asked them to book only the bridge walk for next day since they dint have groups for the monteverde forest tour then i checked and decided to go on my own and in the night when i told them to cancel they refused to. It’s just a bridge walk not even ziplining, and i was alone so i think they refer sky adventures because they get some commissions. Breakfast is ala carte and you can choose one. ( french toast, or a platter of rice with 2 pieces of cheese 2 slices of grilled banana and such stuff then a fruit bowl. Some juice/coffee. Ask for the coffee machine in the room. No creamer so ask for milk, if required. Otherwise it’s a beautifully done hotel i booked the room which had a small sit out facing the trees. The orchid garden is walkable from there if you are interested. They have the tiniest of orchids that can be seen only through a magnifying glass. I also remember seeing a local bus stop close by. Take the interbus all over costarica they are good, were on time and they pick you up from the hotel.
