Driver was already there waiting for us at the airport to pick us. Hotel is hardly 15 minutes away from airport. As soon as we entered they welcomed us with cold towel and welcome drinks with a bright smile on their face. Hotel manager guided us to our room, explaining everything that we will get during our stay, also informed us about what packages and I must mention he was very courteous. We booked our package tour with them and another lady at the reception helped us with customized package as per our need, very accommodate. Our driver was very nice. Hotel also gives free tuk tuk drop till city. Rooms were beautiful, they have spa beds in room if you want to do that in room which we did. They also give free breakfast that starts from 6 am and can also parcel the breakfast if you are going out. Loved this hotel specially for their outstanding staff and exceptional customer service. I forgot the name of the receptionist she use to keep evening tea and snacks for us when we are out or else would have mentioned that but she was new recruit and superb. So evening tea and snacks also free and tasty.
Room was big and beautiful and the best part is the staff of the hotel. They were very courteous and helpful. We got complimentary foot massage. I will definitely recommend this hotel and will choose this for my future travel.

This place was one of the best places around the world I have stayed. The staff and service was just brilliant. Free tuk tuk rides to downtown anytime for free and free airport pick up and drop in an air-conditioner car. Worth the money and decent gym and spa with 50 percent off. Great place.
