Booked king size room. The room was as described in the pic with all amenities. Ac, hot shower, bath tub all working well. The staff are very friendly and always cooperative. The reception is open 24 hrs. They offered free pickup from airport and a welcome drink on arrival i also used the spa service provided by the hotel, along-with their bar. They have an in-house restaurant, spa, bar the hotel is just 15 mins walk from pub street, and it's safe to walk at night as well or use tuktuk it's very easy to get tuktuk in sim reap cons - the only con is the internet which is slow in the 3rd floor rooms. I think less than 10 mbps. Not good for instagram but good enough for basic browsing, emails etc. We got local sim internet anyway so this didn't impact much.

Booked king size room. The room was as described in the pic with all amenities. Ac, hot shower, bath tub all working well. The staff are very friendly and always cooperative. The reception is open 24 hrs. They offered free pickup from airport and a welcome drink on arrival i also used the spa service provided by the Ladear Privilege Rooms, along-with their bar. They have an in-house restaurant, spa, bar the Ladear Privilege Rooms is just 15 mins walk from pub street, and it's safe to walk at night as well or use tuktuk it's very easy to get tuktuk in sim reap cons - the only con is the internet which is slow in the 3rd floor rooms. I think less than 10 mbps. Not good for instagram but good enough for basic browsing, emails etc. We got local sim internet anyway so this didn't impact much.
