The location is excellent, walking distance from Vienna main railway station. The breakfast served was very good. The hotel amenities and services are excellent. A total excellent experience staying.

The hotel is well located. It was neat and clean. Linen/ bedsheets etc were clean and fresh. Service was good. Bath tub is somewhat inconvenient for people who can’t climb in easily. There needs to be a shower area, which is easily accessible for senior people.

Very nice clean big rooms. Pretty good breakfast costs 10. 90euro. The only con they don't have coffee maker in the room. The hotel is 20 minutes walk from Karlskirche. And 10 minutes walk from Central bus station.

Everything was good. Staff was excellent and they allowed early checking and late check out. This hotel does not have food facility so have to manage outside, but that's fine I believe. The only downside I felt was the noise that we can hear in our room of the vehicles passing by during night. Even we could hear the sound of guests packing unpacking their luggage who stayed next to our room. However the stay was lovely in a spacious room.
