Poor Service -Reception . Doesn’t answer as they are busy . Poor breakfast with very limited choices and same menu for all five days we had … please avoid paying high tariff where you can get better deals with a minor cost increase

The best thing is the location, its close to darling harbor and the kings cross Station is right next to the hotel. Clean and nice room, warm and friendly staff. I had an awesome view of the Sydney harbor bridge and opera house from my room. Breakfast is great, lot of variety for vegetarians as well.

Hotel offers no amenities, I had requested to decorate the room for honeymoon nothing such was done neither any upgrade on room was done being an accor member. I landed at 10 am my check in time was 1pm. Had to pay extra bucks for the upgrade. Room were very normal and basic not upgraded with modern amenities and class with other hotels on the region. No balconies. Average stay. Only location was the good point of points.

Situated next to the Kings cross train station it is easily accessible by train from the airport. The rooms are decent and the bathroom is big. Do not expect a view. It has Tea coffee making facilities, a safe, an iron and has adequate closet space.
