Staff was very polite. Cleanliness was top notch and location was perfect. Very close to market and lake.

location of the property is pretty good. The hotel itself seems told and not maintained with top standards. The AC in the room could not be adjusted - I fell sick due to that AC. The rooms are pretty good and serviced everyday. The Breakfast was very good.

Good location of the hotel, near a good district and could easily travel to the lake and the red river without much hassle. Since it is not on the main road, it is noise free and the breakfast buffet was amazing too. Enjoyed my stay!

They did not give my room what i booked in mm t they given me different room and for early check in taken extra money. Before they told me they don’t have room and after i paid money they have room so not good, room is not good even ac also not good condition so poor experience

Staff is too rude. Dont compromise on any thing. It was average experience. They should make guest their priority not money

Location is very nearer to major attractions in old quarter. Food and amenities are good. They have options for vegetarians. They people are very courteous and helpful.

Excellent hotel with spacious rooms we stayed for 3 days at the hotel the staff were friendly and very helpful food was good walkable distance to old quarter. It will take 10 to 15 mins by walk hotel staff help in calling a taxi if needed the room had all the necessary amenities there was complementary fruit’s in the room on arrival daily cleaning was done perfectly room was silent it had a small balcony overall enjoyed our 3 day stay

Pathetic service, rude staff. Accused us of stealing tv remote and put a fine of 300000vnd whereas the remote was hidden by housekeeping staff under the bedding. Instead of accepting mistake started shouting and yelling in front of other customers. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone

Hotelbis good, located very close to market and tourist attractions, easy to walk at many places from Hotel, good options very limited for vegetarians. Overall it's value for money.

I booked superior category room. The room and bathing area is very small. Too many house rules. Very uncooperative staff. Lights of the corridor and common areas are shut by 10:30 pm. Feels like living in a hostel. If you want cutlery they will ask for charges. Even tea coffee creamer if you ask to refill there is a charge. Requested for late checkout since our flight was late, first instance they said hotel is full, requested again, they said if you pay 30 percent rack rates then they can extend till 3 pm. Even number rooms are facing back side of hotel where construction is going on 10 feet away and will take quite some time to complete. Its a third class hotel. Not even 2 star.

The hotel is near to all local sightseeing places like museums, Hoan Kiem Lake and night markets. It's near to Indian restaurants. The bell boys have been very helpful in booking cab in my mobile. The guest relations officer helped us get vegetarian food in breakfast, though it would have been great if the white bread was also egg less and also if they provided take away as we had to rush to Halong Bay. But, take away isn't allowed as per their policy. The screen at the bathroom in our triple room was broken since many days. The hotel is at a very safe and good location.

A great value chain Hotel in the heart of the City. The rooms are spacious with good linens, bathrooms are clean and all basic toiletries provided. The breakfast spread is good including options for vegetarians. Overall, one of the recommended hotels to stay in Hanoi in this category.
