Amazing hospitality! amazing staff! i recently had the pleasure of staying at anantara downtown dubai, and it truly exceeded all my expectations. From the moment i arrived, the experience was seamless and exceptional. The staff were welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was taken care of with the utmost professionalism. The check-in process was smooth, and the team went out of their way to make me feel at home. The room was spacious, elegantly designed, and equipped with all the modern amenities i could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and i appreciated the high-end bathroom fittings, including a rain shower and luxurious toiletries. The staff are friendly and with all smiles. The food is amazing. The front reception manager upgraded our room to sheikh zayed view upon our request. So nice of her. Definitely will be coming back.

Great location near to metro. Staff was helpful and rooms are close to 5 star quality. Breakfast buffet could be improved, some of the dry fruits were stale and indian selection was very poor quality
