    Ecotel is terrible hotel .... I book room for 2 adults and when I go there they charge from me for the second person..... The behavior of the hotel employee was very bad

    Worst stay experience in bangkok. Too pricey for poor facilitie

    Poor condition rooms, worn out wooden furniture. Impolite and unprofessional front office staff. Does not even bother to take luggage to room or inside hotel until requested. No front door staff available to receive luggage. Though this is a prepaid booking for just one day, i am demanded 1000 baht advance for which no receipt is given. Not sure what kind of management run thf hotel. Bad customer experience

    The location was a bit inconvenient since it is not linked to bts but otherwise everything at the hotel was excellent. Complimentary water was served, coffee pouches were provided, room service was availablem but there phone seemed to never worked, like no body picks up call.

    Worst stay in my entire thailand trip. My first impression was the front desk guy who is very rude and impolite. He denied my booking just because he wanted to harass me with questions. I provided him booking id but he wanted to check my mail and after that he said i booked only 1 room whereas i booked 3 rooms. 2ndly he asked for a deposit for each room. When i asked for a receipt, he denied. The water is full of bleaching smell. Dirty rooms and balcony are not accessible. Location is pathetic. Don't book this hotel at any cost.

    King size bed with a lots of amenites is given, the room was big, the bathroom was cleaned, it was value for money it was also like a luxury resort.
    Extremely good stay. Highly recommended for anyone who wants luxury in the heart of the city at affordable rates.

    Hotel has average facilities. Average hygiene also and the location is too far from Bangkok. It was not a good value of money. The staff was pleasant, we would prefer to have had more international options in menu. We had to change our room two times due to ants and other bugs. Thank you.
