A wonderful stay in the Sentosa island. The venue is located close to the resort world station and overlooks the Universal studio. Hotel is tastefully designed and the rooms are spacious and contain all the necessary amenities. Staff was very pleasant and attentive. The major con was an ongoing aquatics championship, leading to large crowd of delegates. They had only one restaurant opened for breakfast buffet and we ended up not having breakfast due to long queues. We conveyed the same to the management and they finally opened one more restaurant for catering to the guests. Apart from that, the whole stay was very pleasant. We recommend it to anyone willing to stay in Sentosa.

On an excellent location with 5 mins walk-in distance to universal studio, aquarium. Easy to commute to many places. Monorail is just on 5 mins distance.

Location, service, check in, room, food impeccable worth the stay

The hotel is huge and situated at a very convenient location in Sentosa from all of the key attractions like Universal Studios, S.E.A Aquarium etc. Also very convenient to get public transport from here to travel to other parts of Sentosa. They gave us free tickets to the Adventure Cove Waterpark and also had a free minibar in the room! However, you need to walk for your breakfast in the morning - they don’t have a breakfast restaurant. The rooms are also a bit old and need renovation. Make sure to confirm your booking before you arrive - we had booked for a double bed room but at the reception they said they were completely full and could only give us a twin bed room which was inconvenient for us.

Excellent location, especially when you are traveling with kids. All your major attractions in sentosa are less than 2 mins walk. Including the santosa express. I would definitely recommend this to everyone

The property is good and rooms are spacious. Friendly staff and accessible easily from all attractions. However, the indian vegetarian food options are not available in food options.

perfect stay for sentosa and universal studio casino goers

It was a comfortable stay but the room was very small with very limited options for breakfast and almost no options for vegetarians. Very clean and well maintained property and nice friendly staff.

Stayed here for a family vacation. The deluxe double room was comfortable and spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 young children. The room, linen and towels were all clean as you would expect for the price paid. Staying in resorts world sentosa makes it convenient to go to all the main attractions we wanted to visit. The transport connectivity is also good. The concierge was also helpful with discounted ticket bookings for all the resort world attractions. We booked a room without breakfast and there are many food options at the forum located outside the hotel, but a little limited for vegetarians. We had the buffet breakfast at the hotel 1 day, but were disappointed with the quality and spread for the price charged. Overall a good stay at the property.

Great location, good hotel! spacious rooms with full amenities. Very helpful and cooperative front desk & conceirge staff. I would specially like to thank ms joomy & mr. Azman from conceirge desk. They are very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Their service was exemplary! thank you for all your help. Will anytime recommend this hotel for the accessibility to universal studios, waterpark, complimentary sentosa express, restaurants and the amazing concierge staff just a note - breakfast service in their restaurant fratelli needs a full overhaul. The staff there is either non existent or doesn’t care to even serve water to the guests. That was a total dampener in the otherwise great stay

Excellent property right at the heart of sentosa. All the key attractions (universal studio, sea aquarium, waterpark, casino) are in 3 min walking distance. The sentosa express is 2 min away which connects you to other attractions within sentosa as well as to vivocity. The service level is slow though especially the check in process. There is no indian food available at the property

Got this hotel for very cheap at MMT for 2 adults and 2 children, very nice location in the centre of Sentosa Monorail accessible very easily.

Wonderful short stay due to stay in Santosh world resort requiring short transfer time for enjoying lot of fun and adventures of Santosa Singapore!

An average stay. Staying in RW Hotel should have a unique feeling but it wasn't.
