    Staff were helpful and respectful, cleanliness is great. 2 comments: a. Wardrobe doors are harmful as it is going over feet and really hurting. B. Elevators, most of the time are full and you need to wait for sometime if it is pray time or new group of people arriving. The location is really great.

    Overall a very good stay, very homely. So close (i think closest to al ha-ram makkah) compared to the other hotels in the vicinity. House keeping staff was very helpful and professional esp. Mr. Jahangir and shainu. Added to everything the breakfast spread was very large and wholesome. However, every coin has a folio side you should fix your wifi connection and wall phone charging usb outlet. We had a very tough time charging phones and staying connected with our family back home. My room was 20916. Thank you!

    Only location is excellent, escalator are not fully operational. Only 500 ml water bottle is provided each person. If you ask more, be ready to pay additional. There is no slope at the entrance for wheel chair or elderly person to walk through. Climbing or coming down through steps oi convenient for elderly person. It wasn't to our expectation.
