Rooms are too small and it’s extremely congested to walk inside the room, no toiletries in the washrooms. Worst experience ever.

All over good but check in was a problem has they where adament on the time.Needed to improve the check in facility

Value for money. Location good, public bus available. 10min to nearest metro station t sing yi. No restaurant available near to hotel.

The room was smelling bad, the house keeping was poor i had to ask repeatedly to clean my room as my stay was for 3 nights. The key keeps on stop working whenever i go out and come back so had to go to the lobby multiple times to renew the key. The hotel staffs are not friendly and hospitable. They lack basic courtesy. The hotel is too far away from proper city. Overall horrible experience.

According to price hotel was good you will not find hotel in hong kong, room space was good or ok ok, room rent justified the size of room, good point was you will get bus service every 5mins from back side of hotel, bad part was they ask for extra money for pool access, they will ask for 40 hong kong dollar for swimming pool

The room was shabby with bed linen stinking, water bottles were even charged and upon repeated requests, towels were not seemingly hygenic, etc.

First and last time i will stay in this hotel. The staffs were not at all helpful and even when we have doubts about some local things they weren’t willing to assist. Rooms were so expensive but so small and they charged 10hkd for 500ml bottle of water. Rooms were so dirty even though it was so small the floors were not clean at all. I work in hospitality and i still cannot understand why the staffs were being hired in the first place. No customer service and most of them were rude. Even the manager saw us struggling with some things but he didn’t even care to help or tell his staffs

Best clean place Decent size room Good staff convenient place, direct shuttle bus in just 3.2hkd to MTR station. just 2nd MTR station from the airport. go for it , If you like to stay in cool calm place and ok with Local food as there are no Indian restaurant nearby 😀

Worst lodge and not hotel that too without soap, restaurant, shower etc i have not seen such pathetic lodge i. My whole life this is basically for beggars and not for there's.

The hotel did not provide a hand towel or hand soap in the bathroom. The shower gel container was empty. There was no couch in the room.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the rambler oasis hotel in hong kong on the 7th and 8th of september 2023 during my business trip to the hong kong watch and clock fair, and i cannot speak highly enough of my experience. From the moment i arrived, i was met with exceptional service and hospitality. Despite my early arrival at 7 am, well before the standard check-in time of 12 noon, the reception staff went above and beyond to accommodate my request for an early check-in. The reception desk manager, in particular, displayed incredible kindness and efficiency. With a simple phone call to housekeeping, they ensured my room was promptly cleaned and ready for me within a mere 10 minutes. This level of dedication to customer satisfaction was truly impressive. The hotel's convenient location, with excellent transport connections, made my business trip smooth and hassle-free. The comfort and cleanliness of the room were outstanding, providing a perfect environment for relaxation after a long day at the trade fair. In summary, my stay at the rambler oasis hotel was nothing short of exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to fellow business travelers seeking a seamless and enjoyable experience in hong kong. It is undoubtedly deserving of a well-earned 5-star rating.
