It was a very nice stay. The hotel was quite good except they did not provide drinking water except on the check in day It was a very nice stay. The trip was very nice and both the hotels that is Pullman in Budapest and Maritim in Munich were very good. Only one issue we had in Maritim that they did not provide drinking water except on the check in date. Location of both the hotels was very good.

The hotel is at a convenient walking distance from railway station. Had opted for a family room. The room size was good. Complaints: this was a joint room with a locked common door. Late in the night (2 AM), could hear laughter and noise from adjacent room. All through the night, could hear noises and people talking as they were walking through the corridor. Gap between floor and main door was the reason for room to be lit up at night every time people walked in corridor (sensor based lights in corridor). Temperature control in room was not proper, causing one part of room to be hot during night.

Location was right next to Munich HBF, so travelling within the city was easy. It was right next to U Bahn, Bus, Tram and Long distance train station. Since it was so close to HBF, there were homeless people around, but that was not much of a problem. Also there is a night club right next to the hotel, but it does not create any hindrance during normal hours. The amenities were not great, staff was not warm, while checking in, the receptionist was behaving as if I have fake documents. There was no kettle in the room, no coffee mugs or cutlery. They did not provide water everyday. The rooms were clean, but there was always an issue with the finesse in cleaning. The bathroom items were not restocked regularly and needed several reminders. We were 3 people in a room, and we had to follow up with the staff everyday to get 3 sets of towels and toiletries. The bed linens were not changed daily. Overall not happy with the stay.

The hotel front desk is fairly ok. But there are no proper signs which leads to parking. Rooms are too small.

Good stay room are sooo good. Swimming pool is amazing.

Very hospitable staff and great location. The hotel is at a 2 min walk from the main train station which makes it even more convenient for one to travel for day trips across munich.
