    It was a good experience overall. The hygiene and cleanliness were well taken care of. The location is a strong point.

    The location is excellent, within walking distance of Eiffel Tower. The room was small but clean and comfortable. But, some of the room amenities mentioned in the booking voucher were not provided, like toiletries, bath tub etc. The breakfast was good, food was tasty.

    Stayed in a room with a view. Room was spacious and balcony and view were beautiful too. Close to train Station. Lots of cafe nearby.

    Felt insecure and extremely rude staff

    Enter the washroom, the led fell off on the floor. Thankfully, I wasn't under it. Next, when I plugged in the pin converter, the lights for entire hotel went off. When called the reception for help, the receptionist asked me not to use any plugs even for charging my phone. They sent the housekeeping lady who rudely entered the room and had the audacity to pick my pin converter and the hair dryer so that I don't use them. I had to stop her and ask for my things back. Finally, I had my check-out at 12 and was late by 15 minutes for which I called the reception. Even then, when I came back, they had already entered my room without letting me know and took out my bags only to be left in the lobby. This was the most pathetic experience I have ever had.

    Great location, courteous staff and decently big room for European standards. Only one discomfort was the lift was too small but staff were helpful in lugging the suitcases to the rooms.

    Hotel Location is Excellent. Hotel is clean, Staff is friendly. They have luggage storage & restroom facilities for people arriving early or having late departure. Only issue is to go up & down in Hotel floors. Lift is very small, only one person not very fat can stand in the lift, with no baggage. Stairs are very small & hotel has 5 floors. Other than this, it is value for Money. Everything else if perfect.
