One of the best five star property in Baku , Great location with scenic view of Caspian Sea 🌊

it was really disappointing I have booked the executive suite the but hotel offered me deluxe room , stating that its not available and they can only offer deluxe. i have booked this room for my senior guest and he was soo pissed off. not expected this from Marriott and MMT. VERY POOR SERVICE ON THE SAME. NOT GOING REFER THE HOTEL IN THE FUTURE.

Hotel is located close to boulevard with almost private access to Caspian sea. Breakfast spread is good and Nizami street is easily accessible in 10 mins using Bolt cabs

I had a wonderful stay at the baku marriott boulevard hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and elegantly designed. The staff was incredibly courteous and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met. The amenities, including the fitness center and spa, were top-notch. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, offering both local and international options. The hotel’s location was also convenient, making it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting baku!

Excellent stay with Baku Marriott Boulevard, beautiful property right on the Caspian Sea. I stayed for 6 days and each day was memorable.

Horrible experience. Rude staff, even worse service. There was fault in room lights, had to make nearly 7-8 calls in duration of two hours after which they found time to send someone to fix the lights.

Everything was good, hotel is at very great location but there was a issue we have booked smoking room and hotel denied that they dont have reservation for smoking room from mmt which caused us a major problem ! and when we tried to reach mm t staff they were not available to assist us !

I had very bad experience with the property bkz room size and connectivity were very bad. It was elmon, nihad and firoza convinced us and gave us a better room. It was for them that i stayed otherwise i was not going to. The room size, interior were very bad. Non working kettles. Uncleaned gym and washroom area. Smelly spa, broken bathroom tiles, uncleaned pool, pool was not heated. The sink in the bathroom was choked. Shampoo caused hair fall. I lost my airpods in the lobby but cctv could not find it and the security staff showed no interest ro help. Breakfast area was overcrowded. Food was extremely salty. Indian option for breakfast were terrible. No food options for in room dining. Room service cleaner was not professional and left the room uncleaned 2 times. My wife actually got hold of the cleaner or else it wouldn't have been cleaned. Ac and room heaters were not functioning properly. Towels were not enough and we're old. The view was bad. The stay was not worth the money i paid. This property has gotten the good name of marriott downhill. I have stayed in multiple marriott properties and i have the membership as well but this was a heartbreaking experience.

The location of property is really good wherein you have a beautiful walking area along sea. That being said, considering marriott is a verg well established hotel brand and known for hospitality, hotel management was not anle to manage the guests on board. The room service was not available. I tried ordering milk for a baby which i couldnt order. The hotel receptoon staff was rude and did not provide us the king size bed room which i booked while making the booking via make-my trip app. Dental kit was not available in yhe washroom. The handle of the drawer was broken and room was not clean. Marriott has really disappointed us big time. Pathetic and terrible stay experience.

The stay and the service was excellent and the view of caspian sea from the hotel was mesmerizing.

From checkin till checkout there is so bad experiences in this hotel. When i checked in the push button for flush was dismantled in room when i called room service manager asked the technician whether indian or pakistani guest is there, i think how does it matter if something is already not working in your room. Then whenever you call room service for water, towel etc. They picked up call in half hour or more, which is really disgusting. One of my friend came to visit me, they charged 59 mannats from me even though i have booked room for double occupancy but i am alone in room. In gym the trainer/person handling gym was way to rude, he stopped me many times for using few machines for no reason. When i asked room service lady to change my bedsheet next day, she refused, says it is clean, and when i insisted strongly then she changed my bedsheet. Overall all staff are highly rude and unprofessional putting a blot to a marriott name.

The location is good, the place is quiet. The amenities are nice, i would highly recommend this hotel to select for anyone who stays in baku
