Nepal Airlines guarantees passengers a very comfortable and enjoyable journey. Passengers can avoid long queues through various check-in methods. They can complete their check-in by any of the following methods:

Nepal Airlines provides the facility of web Check-in between 48 hours to 30 minutes before the scheduled flight time. Passengers have the option to print their boarding pass or show the e-Boarding pass sent on their email.
Baggage allowance
For security and safety reasons, the dimensions of the hand baggage must be not larger than 20"x15"x10" weighing not more than 15 lbs. The following additional items are also permitted: one small size handbag/purse, one coat or cap or blanket, one umbrella or walking stick, one pair of crutches and one small camera or binocular. An infant's wheelchair is also allowed, which is transported free of charge, but will normally be carried in the cargo hold.
All passengers can enjoy checked baggage allowance of 30 kg on all destinations except for the Hong Kong sector which allows baggage up to 25 kg in "M", "N", "O" class and 20 kg in classes "T", "S", "L", "V", "B", "R", "W" for Delhi, Bengaluru and Mumbai.
Nepal Airlines complies with International Travel Standards that do not allow passengers to carry firearms, weapons, explosive devices, flammable substances, toxic as well as chemical substances.

Passport and Visa Information
Children traveling alone are provided constant care while aboard Nepal Airlines. A request for the same has to be made at the time of reservation. Unaccompanied minors will be taken care of by the airlines’ special handling unit. The guardian can hand over the unaccompanied minor to the ground staff along with the necessary documents. The ground staff will do the needful and once the child boards the plane, he/she will be taken care of by the cabin crew.
In-flight services
Passengers can request a wide variety of special meals for medical, dietary or religious reasons when making the reservation. All food and drinks are served on exquisite China and crystal ware.
As a Shangri-La Class or Business Class passenger of Nepal Airlines, passengers are entitled to an array of benefits and privileges, and personalized service on board the flight. The passengers are offered comfortable wide seats, and a choice of fine cuisine along with a top class selection of wines. Also, as there is no middle seat in business class sections, the two-seats-in-a-row arrangement ensures more legroom and comfort. And for entertainment purpose, magazines of international repute and local newspapers are available on board.
Cabin attendants are there on stand-by to take care of all passenger needs – big or small. A comfortable pillow and blanket are also provided to Business Class passengers.
