The best part is the location. It is heart of the Downtown. Very convenient location. You will get CTA buses for most of the corners of the city. Other factors are also very good like hygiene, cleanliness, furniture etc. are very good. Reasonably breakfast but they should consider serving hot milk in breakfast.

UNPLEASANT STAY at the property HOME2 SUITES BY hilton

I had an extremely unpleasant and disappointing stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton. The room service and housekeeping were terrible. Despite multiple complaints at the front desk, my issues were ignored and never resolved. The breakfast options were extremely limited for vegetarians, and the staff at the breakfast area were rude and unprofessional. One lady in charge misbehaved several times and refused to provide her name when asked. Moreover she interrupted at the breakfast area.Most of the food was non-vegetarian, and they removed fruits from the tray as soon as we arrived. They refused to listen to our requests and simply denied everything. The bathroom was unclean, with poor drainage and a broken sliding door that couldn’t be locked. I complained at the front desk, but no one was sent to fix it. The WiFi connectivity was terrible, with extremely low speed, making it impossible to work on my laptop. The connection kept dropping, causing me to waste valuable business hours and suffer losses. I did not expect such a horrible experience from a reputed brand like Hilton. I will never recommend Home2 Suites by Hilton to anyone!

I had a wonderful stay at this Home2 Suites by Hilton Chicago River North. The room was impeccably clean and warm, making it feel just like home. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions. I highly recommend this Home2 Suites by Hilton Chicago River North for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Arrive at the breakfast bar 07:05. Had very limited breakfast food. Found silver wear dirty, when i tode to the person that monitors the kitchen floor she said i know, and gave the fork to me.

The Home2 Suites by Hilton Chicago River North is great, clean room and located in a very good location. The front deck personnel did a fantastic job.

It was superb. Food and the ambience were excellent. Amenities in the room were just enough for my 6 night stay.

The best part is the location. It is heart of the Downtown. Very convenient location. You will get CTA buses for most of the corners of the city. Other factors are also very good like hygiene, cleanliness, furniture etc. are very good. Reasonably breakfast but they should consider serving hot milk in breakfast.
