    Wezi all the way

    Our stay at Berjaya was very overwhelming. The staff was good and helping but most of all Wezi was the most helpful. The hospitality given by Wezi was excellent. 3 cheers to Wezi and because of Wezi cheers to Berjaya too.

    Worst Hotel experience ever!

    Any one reading this review and is planning to book this hotel, please think twice, this was my worst experience ever. To start of with, the Hotel is the most cramped up, hotel that you ever imagine. The corridor outside rooms is not even sufficient for one person to walk through. I was given a room where the AC wasn't working and when I complained, I was given a table fan on the first day, yes you heard it right a table fan. I planned 5 days stay in this hotel and my room was changed on the second day, that too after going through a series of torture dealing with insensible management.

    Location is superb

    Location is superb, 2 tube stations, Bayswater and Queensway at a stones throw. Lots of restaurants, and convenience stores like Sainsburys are in the area. Lively and safe area 5 star location!
    Only 1 window and that too didn't open well, needed some fresh air because the heater was too strong.

    Poor service

    The rooms and facilities at room aren't well at all. No drinking water from hotel, no tea and coffee as they don't have a kitchen, no basic toiletries available. Noice beds. The only thing that is good in this hotel is friendly staff. Rooms aren't worth the rent they charge.

    Small rooms, but good enough for single person. Lifts are very small for max 2 people in one time. Good heating in room. Wi-Fi is not strong. Reception staff are friendly. They charge 50 pence to keep your luggage.
