Review Of Best Western Patong Beach

The quality of food served in breakfast buffet was pathetic and they were serving stale food which they had served in dinner buffet.For any room service we had to call them many times as they were not even bothering about our needs.will never recommend this.

Buffet is average could have been average room size is small and view is not upto the mark.

I recently stayed at Best Western Phuket Patong and had a very disappointing experience. The room provided was in an unacceptable condition — there was a strong and unpleasant paint smell, clearly indicating that it had been recently painted. The fumes made it uncomfortable to even sit in the room for a few minutes, and I was genuinely concerned about the health impact of staying there. In addition, the cleanliness and maintenance were far below expectations, as I noticed mosquitoes in the room and even a cockroach in the washroom. This was extremely disappointing, especially considering the reputation of the hotel brand. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that rooms are properly maintained and ready for guests before allotment.

At first, MMT app shows the hotel has king bed facility , but when we reached at the hotel there was queen bed or twin bed. The room lights were very dim . we had to open curtains just to get the light in the room. Hotel mentioned there will be indian food but they served dinner items in next day breakfast time. so overall the experience was not good just giving star for pool as it was nice

100 meter to Bangla Rpad. walking distance to shopping area. low budget hotel. Food not too good.

Room was so bad as there were insects and after complaining about that on the reception nothing was done. It was very disgusting to wakeup and see those insect walking on your side table. Although the location was perfect and pool area was the best part

Best Western Was a very average stay. The staffs were rude and the rooms were not clean. The only positive thing is the location. Strictly not recommended. Rating - 2/5

It was a great experience staying at best western. the amenities are great. The jacuzzi was not working which was a turn off. They were providing only 2 water bottles a day and more than that will be paid which was a shocker. The staff was very nice. the check in check out was smooth, didn’t take much time.

The property was very good, clean and nice. The overall ladies staff we so co-operative and respectful, excluding 2 male staff (working night shift) at the reception, the young one was so arrogant, so rude to us. He charges us and did not produce the receipt (dt.21June midnight around 2 am) and was very rude at all things. Continously laughing looking at us and talking some something in their home langauage and laughing.

Check in time is 2:00pm instead they have the room empty but they are not cooperative to give early check in for 1 hour before

We recently stayed at Best Western Patong Beach and while the rooms were clean and the overall stay was comfortable, we faced several issues that left us disappointed. Firstly, the food was a major letdown. Despite the hotel claiming to provide Indian food, nothing of that sort was available on the menu throughout our stay. On the last day, they served roti and paneer, but even that was poorly prepared and barely edible. Another big concern was the Phi Phi Island tour package. The lady at the reception almost forced us into booking the trip through their hotel partner. We were four people and decided to go ahead, trusting their word. However, the experience didn’t match what was promised. The tour only included snorkeling at Phi Phi and skipped other locations that were part of the itinerary. The lunch included in the package was also of very poor quality and not worth the cost at all. Overall, while the rooms and location were good, the food and tour experience really brought down the quality of our stay. I hope the hotel management looks into these issues seriously for future guests

Room was filled with flys and cockroaches . Staff was very rude with indians . Dont book this property at all . Very bad experience in this hotel

We had very good stay at best western resort Food was too good, the stay many accessable point which is so serene and convenient for us. Their hospitality was something I admire the most.

Rooms are okay, not so good, three families of us stayed there for four days. They provided Indian Buffet Dinners, and night leftover food is served the next morning. This happened all 4 days. we even complained about this to the reception staff. Very poor options in Breakfast. Two rooms have an AC problem. One room has water clogging issues and had to change the room. The only pro is it is more or less centre in Patong.
