It was the worst experience, a lot of things there to tell about but the most horrible experience was at the check out time, at the time of check out the staff forcefully charged for the mini bar ( mineral bottle) 100 bath for a water which we did not even used.

1. The property is not at all accessible with kids. There are multiple stairs and quite a walk to reach most of the rooms. It should be wheelchair / pram accessible atleast 2. They have only 2 buggy’s to pick and drop you to the room. And since most of the rooms are far away we can’t always walk. It took 15 mins minimum for any buggy to pick or drop us. 3. The buffet breakfast timings are upto 10:30 am. However most of the items were over by 10 am itself and they did not have the provision to even refill them ! 4. Apparently it’s mentioned while booking that they have great indian food available at the property. There is absolutely nothing indian available in their menu. And even on request nothing was provided except some steamed vegetables.

All was good except the attitude of a particular receptionist. From the very begining she appeared to be very arrogant and kept 3000 bhat as security deposit initially which is very much humiliation to a boarder. She asked me that it is the practice of all centara hotels but in krabi it was not asked for. Moreover for getting a mere tea bag and dairy cream sachets we had to wait an hour. No

Location is near to karan beach. Resort have direct access to beach. It is situated almost 4 kms away from nearest shopping area. It's a beautiful area 4 kms is not a distance but to reach there. Tuk tuk will take 300 bahts equal to 700 inr. Indian food is there. But the parantha and pane-er butter they served was really bad. And it took 427 bahts for 1 set.

The buffet breakfast was also amazing with a lavish spread and courteous staff. The travel desk was not up to the standard but I believe Phuket has this issue.
