See picture and you can easily figure out how far sea is from the room just wow if I visit koh Phangaun again i'll choose this hotel and bungalow. Ocean is just 2 steps away I am serious just 2 steps just go and dive inn. Beauty.

We called the hotel for location, but they told us to wait and sent their cab to pick us. We had forgotten that they had a transfer included, but they reminded us. We were welcomed by a warm smile from the girls on the front desk. The room was small but enough for 2 people. We loved the restaurant food, where we had authentic Thai cuisine. They would provide cab where ever we required, but it was pricey. Given the budget, the hotel is value for money.
