Stay was good. Hotel staff is very cooperative and the facilities are absolutely good. The rules are very strict and good. For everyone. They are policy. They are smoke. Free policy in hotel is very good for hygiene and maintain their property.

The location of the hotel was away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is on the main road, near to the bts, the bus stop is just infront. The major issue was with the food. It was very bad. No options for vegetarians. The rooms had no view and the ac kept restarting every now and then

The room is very small compared to room price. The room does not have sufficient light and charging point. The air-condition does not work properly and placed at far away from bed. The bathroom does not have liquid handwash. Coffee powder supplied is very less. Very bad experience. Complimentary beverage supplied was warm only. No hot coffee provided. Only one chair kept for sitting in the room. Noise comes from main road whole night. I don’t recommend to stay here.

Was in bangkok city hotel for around 4days. Booked the hotel on recommendation of a friend and it definitely did not disappoint even a bit. Be it the friendly staff who accommodated me for free even when i checked in way before time and also assisted me with late check-out on a very small reasonable fee. Let's not miss the amazing breakfast! staying there the next time as well for sure. Cheers to you bangkok city hotel.

Very nice hotel for those who are looking for mid range. Located near airport link metro and bts. Surrounding area is good not overcrowded, also 15 mins walking to major shopping places and some attractions
