    Amazing hotel with great choices of breakfast, the restaurant also serves good italian food for dinner. Location is great as its a few steps from the station and chapel bridge. Staffs are welcoming, friendly and accommodating for the needs. However the first day of check in was bad due a room which has previously mentioned with a problem was assigned. Room 229 is a very noisy room. Kindly avoid this room as there will be loud noises of construction work and yelling throughout the night! i had to change my room at 3am due to this!

    Ameron Luzern was a great place to stay. We had a perfect landing in Switzerland 🇨🇭 having stayed in this hotel. It’s right next to Train Station and so close to all sight seeing spots.

    Got the hotel referred by a fried. The hotel is conveniently located and close to the train station. The drinks provided were complimentary and restocked every day. Room is a small though. Great restaurant.

    The hotel was good convenient. Staff very polite and helpful. Two things i would like to add. Please provide some chicken and vegetarian options in breakfast for indian guests bathrooms can be provided with waterjets for washing for asian guests.

    Had a great stay in lucerne, hotel was really nice, rooms were very neat and clean and mountain view from rooms balcony was amazing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel’s location is very nice, very close to most key places in lucerne and like 2 -3 mins walk from main train station. If i come back to lucerne will definitely stay at this hotel only

    Great thing was just opposite to train station and 5 mi utes walk to bus. Hotel’s lobby and overall setup was comfortable. It the room given to us had an over flooding bath area and even after falling twice it did not get fixed. Also so note that they neither give you any complimentary water or a water heater. Other than that the rest was fine. Rooms were big and spacious.

    Best thing is location, walkable distance from lucerne station even with luggage. Ideal base for switzerland trip. Close to all major attractions of lucerne. Comfortable stay. Free bus pass also provided.

    The entire experience from check in to check out was flaw less. Amazing front desk staff very helpful and always ready to assist you, very rarely you come across such staff!
