misleading people with wrong pictures

worst hotel experience in 5star category We had booked a luxury suite through MakeMyTrip based on the photos provided by the hotel on the app. However, upon arrival, the suite was completely different from what was shown in the pictures. When we approached the manager to address this discrepancy, he dismissed our concerns, claiming it wasn’t their fault and that they couldn’t do anything about it. When we questioned how it wasn’t their responsibility, he became agitated and rudely asked if we were threatening him. I’m not sure if other customers who booked the same suite had a similar experience, but when we pointed out the misleading representation, the hotel offered only a 50% discount on the food we had ordered to the room as compensation. Additionally, our booking included both dinner and breakfast. However, after we finished dinner and were returning to our room, a staff member called us back in front of other guests and informed us that only breakfast was included and we had to pay for dinner. This was not only embarrassing but also unprofessional, especially for a hotel that claims to be five-star.

A beautiful structure but, missing details in hospitality services. A-La-Carte menu is smaller than the one you'll find on a flight. It is so small that after writing a two page menu they had to print just too many irrelevant non-food related information to fill pages. Constant tripping of the electricity fuse switch makes it a bit inconvenient. Rooms - Fantastic Location - Great Food - Needs broader menu and more vegitarian options
