I had an excellent stay at the hotel. The room had sufficient facilities, making it comfortable. The breakfast offered a variety of foods, including different types of fruits and a selection of local favorite cheeses. You can have a fulfilling meal before starting your day. The hotel is conveniently located, just about 30 meters from Plaza Castilla metro station, which serves as an interchange for lines 1, 9, and 10. Line 1 alone covers almost all major tourist attractions. The only disappointment for me was the hotel's elevator, which was quite slow. However, this didn’t bother me much as I mostly used the stairs. But if your room is on the top floors, it might be inconvenient. Overall, it was a great experience. The housekeeping was excellent, and the staff were courteous and helpful.

It was a pleasant stay, the location is very central and the metro entry gate is 20 30 steps away from the hotel gate. Totally recommend. Just the WiFi did not work properly but as we had mobile data so they wasn't any serious issue to us.
The room size was really nice but the view wasn't too great as its on the main Road.

Location was excellent- metro in the doorstep. Landmark Plaza Castilla is very close. Room size is very good. Spotless linens and good quality toiletries were provided. Good bed and big window. No tea or coffee maker in the room. Breakfast buffet was very good.
