Excellent hotel. The room was neat, spacious with amenities for business traveller. Good curved work Desk. Multiple country power socket so you don't need adaptor. Internet was free and fast. Breakfast spread was good with Indian options, hot ones like eggs and pancakes. Overall good experience

Having travelled to many countries and staying across a mix of all types of properties I haven't had an experience as bad as I have had with the M Hotel. The Hotel is on the Anson Road which is an average location in terms of proximity to MRT or bus stops. Major Issues - 1. The staff is just pathetic. Not Helpful 2. Breakfast time till 10:30 AM. But the restaurant staff rudely will start removing stuff from the buffet around 10:05. 3. No water in Hotel Rooms. Other hotels in Singapore do provide an extra Tap or water dispenser for fresh water supply. This shitty hotel provides a Vintage water dispenser which takes around 5 minutes to fill up a 300 ml bottle and is ridiculous. 3. The rooms are old and one could spot the wallpapers coming off around the doors. Despite having booked a Deluxe Room on the 20th floor I could spot that. Not sure about the basic rooms. 5. My wife and I came back to the Hotel after shopping and had around 5 bags atleast on one person. while we struggled to open the door to access the Hotel Lobby, the staff just stood there doing nothing. Haven't seen a Hotel Staff as pathetic & ridiculous as M Hotel. Think twice before booking.

Rooms are spacious, no electric kettle in the room, breakfast is very average, swimming pool looks good though couldn’t use due to busy itinerary, in room some of the menu is good chicken satay, pasta are few to mention, basically you get the fern at the price of taj, i would suggest to search for other neighbouring properties as well.

The hotel's location is very nice. You get view of the port at the same time many other high rises. Also, most of the locations including sentosa island are very just 1-3 kms away. Mrt station is just 5 mins walk away. Service at the hotel is also very nice and staff is friendly and cooperative.

I had the best time in m hotel. Room was big and clean. They had a lot of facilities. The hotel is near mart and bus station. We were a three girls group and we had the best time here. Recommended!

The hotel is in prime location downtown of singapore and you find all tours-it destinations near to it. The room view is fantastic staff is very supportive and helpful checkin process is smooth and checkout is as simple as just dropping the key if you have no bills to pay. Excellent hotel to stay rooms are luxiourious
