Novotel Singapore On Stevens

Property location was too good . Room and breakfast facilty was awesome . Hotel reception staff was very helpful . Breakfast counter staff was very friendly especially Ms. Stephany

No Indian Food, the one they have is as good as none. I stayed for 2 nights and not even once was the room cleaned. The place is fa from city unless you have something in that area, it’s not for visitors. They do provide regular shuttle services that work on time from nearest MRT.

Everything was fantastic , best thing is all major attractions are nearby from this hotel , The hotel was fantastic

Had a most terrible experience at Novotel on Stevens, extremely impolite staff, one of the duty manager ..even after requesting personally was unapologetic We pre-booked the hotel for 4 nights..we were not expecting such a poor service...room service was super slow..as if nobody is there to respond to it. Our wash basin was clogged which nobody attended to...our handwash was empty for 2 days..we had to use the shower gel instead to wash hands and even after reminding them repeatedly nobody came to refill. Housekeeping services were almost inaccessible. we left the room for 5 hours with a request to clean the room in the morning but as we came back we found the room was in the same state ..we had to wait till evening for room to be cleaned. These are basic things that should be really up to mark when one is staying after paying a good amount to them. I would never suggest this hotel to anyone planning to visit Singapore..

The placement of hotel is excellent. All major attractions are nearby and at stones throw. The breakfast has good indian option. The rooms are comfortable, room cleaning is everyday. Overall excellent place to be.

I had a great stay at Novotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a couple. The location was excellent — it was easy to reach main attractions, and you can conveniently take bus 190 or 105 to the nearby malls. Stevens MRT station is just a 7–10 minute walk away. The only thing I didn’t like was the late check-in policy after 3 PM. Other than that, everything was wonderful and I’d definitely recommend

Singapore was a beautiful place and the trip was well planned by MakeMyTrip with fabulous places like Universal Studio, Sentosa, Night Safari and others. Food at Novotel was having Indian Cuisines which was giving us a sumptuous breakfast everyday. The facilities provided were all on time and we'll choosen vehicles. Only the guide named *Steven* provided by Luxury Tours was not cooperating and was forcing us to visit places with minimal time and he was dedicated on time and not allowing us to have food / drinks during travel which was bad. Apart from that everything was well planned and gifted us a memorable trip for a lifetime.

I had a great stay at Novotel Singapore on Stevens. The hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous throughout my visit, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. The location is convenient, and the amenities offered were up to the mark. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay — would definitely recommend!

Hotel is customer friendly, amenities and breakfast are to the point , what they offer on paper is their in real gud to spend time with family

the services at hotel was very nice only the issue was Novotel lobby was in renovation so we were forced to use Mercure lobby,overall it was a good experience.

Pleasant looking hotel. However the worst service compared to other Novotels I have stayed in. Under staff and once you check in expect delay in all the other services including fresh towels, luggage collection etc. Everything in the hotel is chargeable including the cutlery and plates. Don't think any Novotel or other hotels charge you for such small services when they are charging you a decent tariff. In short don't expect the service you would have got in other Novotel properties.

Location of the property is at the best of it moreover food quality ambience was very good

Excellent service. Nice food. Good cleanliness. Near to Stevens MRT station. Nice and silent area to live in.

Our Family of 5 visited Singapore for 3 nights. Novotel on Stevans is approximately 800 meters from nearest MRT (15 minutes by walk) the hotel provides free shuttle bus every 45 minutes to MRT. Novotel & Mercure hotel are in the same building, Check in for Novotel is on level-2 which is a little confusing. The Restaurant breakfast spread is good & had indian as well as vegetarian options , but we got meal vouchers for our prepaid dinner trip. The meals to be selected were from Ala Carte & not a regular wide spread buffet which is generally expected from a 4 Star hotel, the dinner choices was mostly local Cusine without much options for us so that was a little FLIP side. The restaurant staff was hard working & accommodating as they preponed our diner once at 5:30pm. Please note they will not let you enter post 9:15pm for dinner so for Indians who are habitual to have late dinners pls arrive early, the front desk personals were courteous & the rooms were neat & clean. The WiFi connection was not stable every time. One of bathrooms closet holding the toiletries was not fitting on the wall & even after intervention from the housekeeping it kept falling. The lobby was very small & crowded as it had to be shared with hotel Mercure. The pool was ok with a separate small pool for kids.

1. Hotel was under renovation - even the checking facility was shared with another hotel. 2. ⁠Room service was terrible - even room cleaning was not a default service. One has to book room service. 3. ⁠Basic amenities were chargeable - Cutlery wasn’t available in the room, one had to pay additional 5 SGD just to get on spoon and fork in the room

I had a great experience staying at NOVOTEL Singapore Stevens. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, with a modern and comfortable ambiance throughout the property. The room was tidy, spacious, and well-equipped, making it a relaxing place to unwind after a day out in the city.

We had stayed at Novotel Stevens for 06 days.
