Detailed Feedback – Zowar International Hotel, Madinah I recently stayed at Zowar International Hotel in Madinah, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. For a property located so close to the Haram and catering to pilgrims, the level of service and facilities was far below even basic expectations. 1. No Housekeeping: Throughout my stay, no housekeeping service was provided. Rooms were left unattended, beds not made, and bathrooms not cleaned, creating a very uncomfortable experience. 2. No Room Service: Despite being listed as a full-service hotel, there was absolutely no room service available. This was highly inconvenient, especially for guests who expect at least minimal support during their stay. 3. Lack of Basic Amenities: The hotel did not provide even the most basic amenities that travelers consider essential. Items such as clean towels, toiletries, and proper in-room facilities were either missing or of very poor quality. 4. Misleading Experience: Based on its name, location, and star rating, the hotel creates an impression of comfort and service. However, in reality, it failed to deliver even the basics. This felt misleading and, honestly, like a form of cheating unsuspecting guests. Overall, I would strongly advise future travelers and pilgrims to carefully reconsider before booking this hotel. The management needs to take serious action to improve standards, because in its current state, it is one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. attitude of receptionist wer too rude. Room was ok.. parking was there.. other staffs are also bave bad behaviour.

The hotel is very conveniently located. Very close to Masjid Nabawi. Lot of good places to eat, shop and easily accessible. Would stay here again

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Zowar Hotel, and I must say it was an overall fantastic experience. Exceptional Service: The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and accommodating, providing a warm welcome upon arrival. The bellboys were equally cooperative, assisting with our luggage and ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. Clean and Comfortable Rooms: The room I stayed in was pristine, and the bathroom was equally spotless. It’s clear that the hotel takes great care in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. Modern and Well-Equipped Amenities: The furniture in the room was modern and stylish, with ample storage space and secure lockers. The bathrooms featured the latest sanitary ware, offering both functionality and a sleek, contemporary design. Elegant Yet Slippery Bathroom Floor Tiles: While the bathroom floor tiles were visually stunning and added a touch of elegance to the room, I did find them to be slightly slippery when wet. It’s something to keep in mind for safety, but aesthetically, they were beautiful. Overall, my experience at Zowar Hotel was exceptional, and I would rate it a solid 9.5 out of 10. The hotel’s attention to detail, service quality, and modern amenities truly made my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again in the future.

I arrived at zowar International Hotel but they said that the hotel is full. we will shift to another hotel..This is a very bad experience and I don't think what is the purpose of your platform I already booked and paid and they said that the hotel is full. another hotel is worse. They didn't pick up the call nor give any water bottle and tea.

Hotel is at perfect location 5 mint walk to ladies prayer gate, rooms are little smaller but its okay, washrooom is good, only the bad thing is wifi is very weak here and they have 4 elevaters which make u wait for little, overall it wad great nearby shops malls resturant location wise perfect hotel

Location was good, but it was shown on makemytrip as 4 star hotel and was pricey and when we checked in it couldn’t have been more than 2 stars the way everything was. The from carpet was unclean, we had to always ask to clean the room, no water or other amenities were given to us, given only when asked that too staff said that water is now included in the too. The location was good and room size was also good.
