It was the best experience of my life, sleeping looking at masjid e nabawi as my room was haram view apart from that front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms and ammenities very just average. Morning breakfast was average like everywhere and the manager caters to only special guests not everyone which was very not acceptable
