I recently had the pleasure of staying in this hotel and i must say it exceed all my expectations, especially for the price. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, professional and always ready to help. The room was spotless, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed offering great comfort after a long day of travel

The property is not good at all. The service is extremely poor for a 3-star rating. The staff is very lazy and the place hasn’t been upgraded in years. The food quality is also not good. The beds were not clean, and even the curtains were torn.

"I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly disappointed. The staff was unprofessional, and the room was much smaller than expected, contradicting the booking description. Some notable issues included: - No mobile charging point beside the bed - Small TV with non-functional channels (staff claimed it might be due to unpaid cable fees) - Mosquitoes were present, which is surprising even for a low-budget hotel - No travel desk to assist with travel plans or ticket bookings Given the price, I expected better amenities. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. There are better options available in the same area with similar pricing."

I like to explore new ways of travelling everywhere, I am so thankful to the Hotel Himalaya.. first of all I say thanks to Sonup & A girl ( i forgot her name) at reception, he both helped me smoothly check in & checkout.. room size is perfect and looking beautiful, bathroom attached with Bathtub, Sofa, Big Mirror.. mini freeze & Hair Dryer missing but it's available on amenities, btw room service is so good.. if you Talk about Restaurant & Bar, it's so spacious and clean, food quality is so good and price of food is Thik Thak.. restaurant comes with Big Dine in area & Open Terrace.. food was awesome.. hotel staff was so helpful.. Thanks A lot. Special Thanks to the reception girl .. you all made my Nepal New Year trip so much good... my insta Id is @musafirsonusingh
