How this hotel got 4 star rating ? It's a 1 star hostel. Location is good but no hygiene. No quality control. Horrible housekeeping. Dirty blood stained bedsheets & blankets, cobwebs everywhere, stained floors, dirty walls even inside room, lack of enough blankets, they charge extra for a bottle of drinking water. They expect 2 ppl to share 1 towel and 1 blanket. Electric wall sockets exposed along with mains wiring. Room access card keeps failing. Maintenance guy comes and tells u to stop complaining and adjust bcos room is cheaper than other hotels. Balcony door faulty, no proper maintenance. Spiders everywhere.

Very poor service by the hotel, for basic things like drinking water bottles and soap in the toilet, the hotel was taking 30-45mins to deliver & that too after multiple reminders. The majority of staff were unable to communicate in english, which was quite surprising & disappointing. The breakfast layout was very limited and tasteless. In veg they were just serving frozen items like Samosa and fries (like macain) which was a shame. Their coffee machines were unable to deliver hot coffee as they didn’t have option of steam. I would not like to stay at this property again even if it is offered at 3000/- per room night in future. I would rate this property 1 on 10.

Terrible stay and services none of the hotel staff was ready to listen or help. Window panes dirty rooms stinking and they are even charging for basic toiletries like a toothbrush soap and all never ever will suggest this hotel to anyone

Grand ion delemen we stayed in this hotel for 2 nights with kids. The rooms were very spacious, specially the kids room had bunk bed which made the stay very comfortable. The staff was very cooperative and helpful. Would definitely recommend this if travel-ling with kids

Overall a pathetic experience ! reaching the main lobby is confusing. You need to shift towers and lifts to reach your room. Breakfast buffet was underwhelming. The staff was not very cordial. They either said no or demanded money even for water bottle and toiletries. Cleanliness was an issue in the entire hotel, right from room ceiling, to glass windows to lifts and corridors
