The computer at their business center doesn't work, gym is available only after 7:30 am in the morning. No kettle to make water hot to make tea and coffee. To do the ironing on your clothes, you need to come down which is available only after 7:30 am. The food in restaurant is horrible. Once I ordered grilled chicken and unfortunately it was cold. This means that they don't prepare fresh and the chef in the kitchen didn't even made sure to make it hot. This I am talking of a 4 star hotel charging Euro 230 for a night.
