We stayed at Rama Beach Resort, Kuta and honestly, it was a mixed experience leaning towards disappointing. Positives: The resort has a large open area with plenty of greenery, giving it a nice relaxed vibe. Location is close to Tuban Beach. Negatives: The location is not ideal if you want to explore Kuta Market or Kuta Beach – it’s not walkable. I’d suggest looking for something closer to Kuta Market Breakfast had very limited options for Indian vegetarians, and to our shock, on the first day we even saw ants on the waffles and croissants. The swimming pool is unusually deep at 8 feet, which made it unsafe for my daughter to enjoy. Bathrooms were small, and the toilet was not separated from the shower area – quite inconvenient. At checkout, I misplaced the room access card somewhere within the property and was charged . For a resort of this category, it felt unreasonable since most good resorts don’t charge for lost cards these days. Overall, the place gave off a money-minded vibe rather than focusing on guest comfort. Conclusion: While the greenery and open spaces were nice, the overall experience was underwhelming and not worth the price. I’d recommend avoiding this property and booking a resort closer to Kuta Market for a much better stay and convenience.

Location is perfect if you want to stay nearby airport. It is right on the kuta beach. Great for a sunset walk on the beach too. The staff were amazing and the restaurant had many Indian vegetarian options too

Property and service is not as per the charge and worth a 5 star.its an average hotel and experience we had for 4 nights, the major draw back they don't behave well if u don't order food from the order. moreover they provide a different room from the one we booked from MMT and next day after several follow up they gave the one we booked, and they are upto money in what ever way they can.

Beautiful Resort Grounds, But Disappointing Room and housekeeping Experience

I stayed at Rama Beach Resort with my family for 5 nights. The resort is located in the heart of Kuta, which made it very convenient for sightseeing and shopping. The exterior ambiance of the property is truly beautiful—with lush greenery, a well-maintained garden, a peaceful pool area, and attractive landscaping that made the outdoor experience enjoyable. However, the room experience was disappointing and fell short of expectations. The rooms are not soundproof, and during the night, we constantly heard the sound of running water from the bathroom area, which disturbed our sleep. On top of that, most of the taps were leaky, indicating a lack of proper maintenance. And the water water quality is to bad , very hard water Cleanliness was another major issue. The room interiors seemed neglected—some furnishings were broken or damaged. The towels provided were yellowish and didn’t feel fresh. The bathtub was unusable due to a damaged overflow metal part, which was not only unappealing but also a potential safety hazard. The bathroom window louvers were dusty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while. We also felt disconnected from the restaurant service. It seemed to operate separately from the hotel. Every time we had a question, the front desk would ask us to contact the restaurant directly. Even a simple request for boiled water for our daughter’s instant noodles was declined unless we paid an extra charge, which felt unreasonable during a longer stay. In summary, while the resort offers a beautiful outdoor atmosphere and a great location, the room conditions, soundproofing, plumbing, and service experience need significant improvement. We hope management takes these issues seriously to offer a more comfortable and guest-friendly experience in the future.

The stay was very good. The breakfast was great for indians as we have enough dishes for indians. The hotel has all the facilities to reach all the attractions and the packages for the activities as well. All in all a perfect stay for me.
