Very warm and friendly staff. Rooms are quite small. And no swimming pool. Location is excellent with only 5 minutes walk to Mtr Station. 24 hours free coffee and soft drinks was a really good thing. Free minibar which is replenished every day was unbelievable. Free laundry was also handy. The limited food menu was a drag. And no Indian food although the chain is owned by an Indian.

Quirky little gem of a place to stay

I had a wonderful time at Ovolo during my short stint at HK. Their decor is really vibrant and quirky. Loved the happy hours. The standard room that I booked was small, lacked a good view but was extremely cost and functional. The only gripe would be that buffet breakfast has got a limited options only.

Very warm and friendly staff. Rooms are quite small. And no swimming pool. Location is excellent with only 5 minutes walk to Mtr Station. 24 hours free coffee and soft drinks was a really good thing. Free minibar which is replenished every day was unbelievable. Free laundry was also handy. The limited food menu was a drag. And no Indian food although the chain is owned by an Indian.

I had a wonderful time at Ovolo during my short stint at HK. Their decor is really vibrant and quirky. Loved the happy hours. The standard room that I booked was small, lacked a good view but was extremely cost and functional. The only gripe would be that buffet breakfast has got a limited options only.
