Pathetic, worst, completely useless

Only book this hotel if you want to spoil your holidays. They show something on website and give you completely different room and don't trust make my trip. Their customer care is useless.

Not a preferred choice again!

The room was not ready when we arrived and had to wait for 2 hours post our arrival to get the room. We were also given a room in a corner which looked like an entrance to a closet. Though the room was big, the room provided had a non-functioning air conditioner and leaking roof (which we were not informed off while they gave the room). They acknowledged the fact when we approached the receptionist. However, with the room at level one and the AC not functioning, we also couldn't keep the windows open either as there was constant noise from the street from people passing by and no grills hence not safe as well. The roof kept leaking when the shower was used by the guests in the room upstairs. The hotel refused to give us another room inspite of informing them of the problems. We had also asked the hotel to book a cab for us for airport transport. Though they charged us the full amount they had arranged a shuttle and kept 30% of the amount for themselves. Very disappointed with the hotel and it's staff.
