    Overall good. Rooms in old tower need renovation though. Mini fridge in room was noisy. Lifts in old tower are inadequate, too small and too slow. Restaurant choices are limited. Breakfast is reasonably ok. The only plus point is the excellent location overlooking baron palace and a open cafe besides baron palace.

    The hotel staff is very polite and cooperative. The location is also good. The cost is expensive for what's offered. That's the only downside.

    Nice and calm place to stay. Breakfast is also nice. Room service is okay, you need to ask for everything, they will not keep or do the basic requirement and for cleaning without asking. I ordered for lunch and waiter took the change and ask he is coming but he never came after asking for 2-3 times to return the balance. So you need to keep the change or use card for payment. Rest is okay

    Good hotel although expensive. Location is good. Swimming pool is missing good breakfast but absolutely same everyday i stayed 6 nights and was fed up eating the same items every day. They have dinner buffet every day which was good but again repetitive. All payments are asked on the spot and nothing is added to the room bill which was inconvenient

    It was a pleasant stay. Rooms are very clean and you have everything in the room. Food is very tasty and all the amenities are available. I would recommend to book this hotel without any second thought. Thumps up to service, hygiene and property location.

    The location & food is good but the elevators in the hotel property are pathetic. Most often not working, small in size, and always busy. Housekeeping and reception services can be more proactive.

    Even though hotel is 4 star rated one, the facilities is very average. Out of 2 lifts, 1 lift remained in breakdown mode for complete stay duration. The one lift was working but it seemed it needed maintenance badly as it malfunctions quite often. Food and room, bed etc was good (neat and clean )with nice view. Bathroom had issue with water drain. Overall it was satisfactory stay and the stay experience would have been to next level, had all facilities were in good shape.

    The hotel is located about 30 minutes from the airport. Its convenient for an overnight stay to catch an early morning flight. Services and amenities are similar to any 4 star anywhere in the world.

    Excellent and great hotel, best location in Cairo, shall return back here sure and also stay along with my family in near future. The best is the Baron Palace view from the hotel. It's great to stay here.
