Location was very good. Room was big with all amenities. But the food is just average and not very tasty. The house keeping and room service staff were not good in English language as the result communication with foreigners becomes very difficult. WIFI was working intermittently causing inconvenience despite the fact the technician tried to rectify the problem. As the result I couldn’t get in touch with anyone properly. The pick up from the airport was extremely costly and same not advisable to use the hotel vehicle. The hotel has a WhatsApp number but they are not prompt in responding to the messages. There is no ramp provided at the entrance for aged people and no access for wheelchair users. Thank You

A boutique Anik Palace Hotel, beautiful interiors, nice location, very pleasing and efficient staff. The roof top pool and bar are awesome.

Location was very good. Room was big with all amenities. But the food is just average and not very tasty. The house keeping and room service staff were not good in English language as the result communication with foreigners becomes very difficult. WIFI was working intermittently causing inconvenience despite the fact the technician tried to rectify the problem. As the result I couldn’t get in touch with anyone properly. The pick up from the airport was extremely costly and same not advisable to use the Anik Palace Hotel vehicle. The Anik Palace Hotel has a WhatsApp number but they are not prompt in responding to the messages. There is no ramp provided at the entrance for aged people and no access for wheelchair users. Thank You
