It's a modern Hotel

It's a modern hotel, there are much better places in Innsbruck to stay. The first night room's AC was not working complaining they told us to open the windows and sleep it was 26° Celsius then. The next morning the water was not very hot. they changed the room. Buffet has a vegetarian options which is a great relief.

The hotel is one of the most modern and beautiful buildings in Innsbruck. Friendly and always helpful staff. Posh at reception was very warm and a great conversationalist, and another young colleague, I don't know her name, she was also very helpful. Superior rooms were fit in with all amenities that one can think of. The hotel has direct access to a public parking which is one of the great amenities. Parking may be a hassle otherwise in Innsbruck.
