    Terrible Stay

    When booking you charge for breakfast without checking at the hotel. They don’t have a kitchen or a chef. All they have is a toaster and a pan cake machine that they call breakfast. We had specifically booked hotels with breakfast and this was a big disappointment, even after paying for it. And when you try to ask them, you can see the guilt on their face, one of them acknowledged too that they don’t have it yet there was one lady who was super arrogant, kept saying bread and pancake is continental, and did not know how to speak to customers.
