I stayed at the Pullman for 4 nights. The staff was very helpful and I loved their airport transfer facility for just AUD12 one way. It really made my life much easier. The housekeeping was top-notch - my room was cleaned every day. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The location is fantastic, as it is a 20-minute walk from the domestic airport and a 5-minute walk from the Mascot train station. The mini-fridge in the room was very efficient, and there were enough charging points everywhere. The toiletries were of good quality. That said, the hotel is fairly basic with the regular facilities - nothing exceptional. More akin to a business hotel than a 5-star hotel. The WiFi speed can be better if you intend to work. The TV volume seems to be regulated - which is understandable so as not to disturb other guests, but sometimes it was too low to hear the audio properly. I did not have toothpaste in the room, but reception had a dental kit available at the desk.

I stayed at the Pullman for 4 nights. The staff was very helpful and I loved their airport transfer facility for just AUD12 one way. It really made my life much easier. The housekeeping was top-notch - my room was cleaned every day. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The location is fantastic, as it is a 20-minute walk from the domestic airport and a 5-minute walk from the Mascot train station. The mini-fridge in the room was very efficient, and there were enough charging points everywhere. The toiletries were of good quality. That said, the Pullman Sydney Airport is fairly basic with the regular facilities - nothing exceptional. More akin to a business Pullman Sydney Airport than a 5-star Pullman Sydney Airport. The WiFi speed can be better if you intend to work. The TV volume seems to be regulated - which is understandable so as not to disturb other guests, but sometimes it was too low to hear the audio properly. I did not have toothpaste in the room, but reception had a dental kit available at the desk.

We stayed here for one night... Very close to the airport and mascot train station... Good amenities provided during the stay.... Very comfortable bedding... A great experience..

Rooms are neat and the bathroom is spacious and well designed. Parking charges per night are bit high
