    Lift doesn’t work. No help to take luggage to rooms. Bedding’s are dirty. Shower panel was also broken.

    I got room on 5th floor and lift was not working. I have asked someone to help with luggage but not got any help. No food services when i have ordered from out side guy delivered to other room and never got service. And to reach on 5th floor we don’t have direct stairs it’s nothing but the see saw or called bhul bulaiya

    Just walking distance to Paddington station and Hi

    The best place to stay. Just walking distance to Paddington station and Hip and hope bus stand. There need to improve heater, It was not so warm and they do not allow early checking. While other than this was the very good hotel to stay. Looking forward to staying again here.
