We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Dubai. The hotel is located in the prime area of dubai. We also got spacious room in 22nd floor with an awesome view of Burj Khalifa. Food was very good and service was excellent.

The hotel’s location is excellent—close to major attractions, shopping areas, and easily accessible to the rest of the city. The amenities, including the pool and dining options, were impressive and added to the overall convenience. Overall, it’s a great place to stay in Dubai, combining comfort, hospitality, and a prime location. I would definitely recommend it for a hassle-free trip.

This property is ideal for bachelors. The hotel has three clubs and several excellent restaurants, creating a lively and social atmosphere. It is conveniently located within walking distance of a supermarket and metro station, easy access to daily needs and transportation.

The location was fantastic, but the service and food were extremely disappointing. Check-in was chaotic. We waited hours past the 3 pm check-in, and even by 6:30 pm our rooms weren’t ready. I had paid extra for a higher-category room, yet was told it wasn’t available unless I either accepted a downgrade or waited another two to three hours. Only after insisting on speaking to the manager did we finally get two rooms, and even then they were on separate floors, which was far from ideal for a family traveling with elderly parents and young kids. The rooms themselves were spacious with a good view, but the restaurant experience was a disaster. Breakfast was complete chaos. Even water was never served at the tables, and we even had to get up to fetch our own cutlery. Everything from coffee to the live counters were all self service. For a property claiming to be 5-star, this level of service is unacceptable and far below expectations. The contrast made this experience all the more disappointing.

Had an excellent stay at Hilton, food is good and rooms are clean and neat and hotel staff are very polite….sure will recommend to my friends

very few breakfast options for Indians. housekeeping services delay overall pathetic experience at such price. for Indians better go for Hyatt and Ta very few breakfast options for Indians.

My stay at Hilton was very pleasant. They even gave me a room with nice view. Amazing service and the room was so spacious and comfy. Highly recommend it. It’s quite close to Burj and Dubai mall

The hotel was too crowded and noisey. The room carpet was dirty . Room didn’t have a blow dryer which is basic and nor did they give proper towels post room service
