From the start we checkin to reception until we check out is absolutely perfect. Well maintained facilities, all staff was soo good and polite and very friendly and welcoming. Thumbs up to reception desk Ms patty and Ms jade. Buggy guy Mr AJ. Definitely coming back not just with the ambiance, but the staffs is too nice and they know how to handle and do theyre best for their guest.

Excellent location and service is good, veg option is less but overall food quality is good. Nice view.

It is nice place to stay. Excellent infrastructure. Beautiful swimming pool. Only issue is food for indians. Food available only continental.

Location is one of the best in the world at palm jumeirah, the room was upgraded to one bedroom apartment with reasonable price, staff are so nice and welcoming, the swimmable lagoons are everywhere

No hot water smelly lobby bad experience it’s looks like we are living in some 2 star property no manager sitting outside lobby food also not good

Lovely, prompt and friendly staff. Extremely clean surrounding. The property has all the amenities required. Felt like home, cozy and calm. Must visit :) Thank you 🙏🏼

As this was my 2nd time staying in this 5 star luxury hotel cause my 1st staycation in this hotel was beautiful and peaceful and i was celebrating my daughters birthday and specifically i chose this hotel and a direct lagoon access as my daughter is a water baby lol but this time my experience was not that good as after staying in this hotel before also i had a-lot of expectations with the room i chose and things i requested. I was not happy with my room and some of amenities in my room were not working and for my daughters birthday i requested some message or a card in advance and that too didn’t happen as i requested at-least if they cant get the cake on our arrival time a message with a card will do good for me anyways i did receive a tasty cake and beautiful birthday card with beautiful wishes for my daughter laters in the evening and i have to address this to the customer service regarding all the issues i had and next day i got a call from mr mustafa who is a customer service supervisor and he really tried his best to make my last day good by giving us late check out and making exception for us regarding breakfast as breakfast was included in our room package which we have to go the restaurant for the breakfast by due to my daughters health we couldn’t go and request breakfast to be delivered to us in the room and it was done by mr mustafa which i really appreciate his gesture and professionalism. Over all direct lagoon access was a marvelous experience like going for midnight swim or siting by the lagoon having great time. Food. Pool. Ananatara itself was a good experience for the 2nd time with of-course bit draw back this time but will surely will like to stay in the hotel again.

Very average resort for this price. There are much better resorts in uae offering better hospitality. Hospitality was below average in this resort.

Everything was awesome while staying in anantara i changed from residence to lagoon villa and the customer service really listened to me carefully and checked me in early which was really appreciated plus for some reason i couldn’t go to the restaurant for the breakfast and the room dining staff was very helpful to understand my situation and and deliver the breakfast to my room

Loved the stay. Such a welcoming staff and beautiful property. Richa took such good care of the kid and they had lot of activities in lids club and pool area. My daughter just couldnt get enough. Santosh went overboard to help with our check out too. Beach house view and mekong food are exceptional. Would definitely stay again

Rooms, indoor pool, breakfast, beach. Everything was giving maldives feel. Welcome drink was amazing
