I would give them a zero star if there was an option. Pathetic service, I paid for a room I did not use and the hotel is denying the refund and making illogical reasons. Bad smell, sink not working, stained carpets and sofas and cigrattes on the balcony, wear and tear on the furniture. The room is not even close to 2 stars. The manager spoke so rudely to me, firstly they spoiled my day I travelled 2.5 hrs to stay and got this pathetic room and I checkout out immediately and instead of being polite with the customer the manager was shouting and not letting me talk.

I loved the stay at the resort. The rooms were very nice and comfortable, with spacious interiors that made the experience even more enjoyable. Celebrated my birthday in their hotel for a 2-night staycation. Loved the room and the amenities that they have in the hotel. I tried their sauna, steam room and swam in their pool. The food was also delicious and they offer a veriety of cuisine from indian, arabic and italian food. Over all, i enjoyed my stay and will recommend it to friends and colleagues. My short stay

My stay was business and very short. I didn't have much time to explore the resort. I will definitely visit again for a staycation with family. The pool area looks great. One thing i didn't like is the limited choice of tv channels which is mostly arabic. Some english osn family channels and sport channels would add some variety and options.
