Our stay was quite divine to be honest. We stayed in room 1702. It is a grand deluxe room. Although it is not classified as ocean view, we did have a nice view of the water from our spacious balcony. Pullman arcadia naithon beach is an excellent property with a great ringside view of the ocean. People are extremely friendly and gracious. Their sunset deck or their upper level bar are a great place to watch the sunset. Their breakfast is top class with super variety and a very spacious hall and outdoor where it is laid out. We did not step out of the hotel for our 3 days as we did not feel the need to. One morning, we took their hourly shuttle to the beach and enjoyed some fresh coconut juice. Somehow, sitting on the hotel deck and viewing the ocean seemed a much better deal than driving down to the beach. Vinit taneja

Horrible service

Had a very warm stay, would love to come back again, staff was excellent n helpful round the clock, bang on the beach, well maintained property, huge infinity swimming pool, multiple options for restaurants, elobrate break fast, can keep writing. All was superb suggestions for hotel to include more vegetarian options with no egg special thanks to chef pk (pankaj) made customized vegetarian food for breakfast, which added memories to our memorable stay

It is 15 min drive from airport. Thats the only okay point about location. Otherwise not a friendly location. Access to beach from this property is not good. Hotel is on a mountain so rooms are all over the property. Hotel provides transport to room from lobby and vice verso but you have to wait for it and if you choose to walk then its a long one with too many stairs. Not at all kids friendly. Timings of kids play area is 9 am - 7 pm ( not convenient ) basic amenities are there which you have found in any five star property. Not many food options / restaurants near property. I would say pullman did not stand upto mark.

The view and the service is just amazing. The staff are really really polite and the breakfast is just mouth watering. The only area of improvement is the buggi service, as there are lot of guests the waiting time is really long. Especially when we need to get to the lobby from the main gate. Kindly improve on this and have more of these shuttles moving around so that the wait time is reduced. Apart from this overall an amazing stay. Loved it.

Location of this property is great, very peaceful an relaxing atmosphere. Has the vibe of hill, beach an dense green. Good room an great service by the team

Rooms are good, breakfast is decent. Naithon is a quiet beach, it feels like a private beach to the hotel. Only downside is the location, slightly far from the main city with a hilly route.

What if you get a jungle view, sunset, beach and beach cliff view, panoramic sea view at once? it is very hard to describe this property and level os service they offer here. Till now it is my best ever experience had in thailand. Food, service, location, ambience, services, guest quality, staff is more than one can expect from any 5 star rating property. I stayed here for 1 night for relaxation after staying at sheraton patong for 2 nights. Patong and properties there are busy where this location and properties here are calm and relaxing. We had great experience at all the restaurants out there. Coming to and end: if you want to have a relaxing day with ultra beautiful view and experience, don’t forget to add this beauty in your itinerary.

Ok. I can review. Rooms were very good. Nai thon beach is easily accessible and very clean pool has amazing view buffet breakfast and drinks are very good

Probably one of the best views from this property. Two great pools. Only let down is the food (lunch and dinner ) tried all 3. Elements was the worst. Vero(the italian) was just average. Have had better italian around patong area. Though we liked the healthy food served at their healthy bar.

Great property, amazing staff, very lesser options for vegetarians

Great location - away from main city. Perfect for peace lovers. To and fro from city can take more than half an hour though. Extremely polite and helpful staff. Amazing pool and spread of breakfast buffet by the pool.

Loved everything about the place. Perfect location, wonderful staff, awesome food. The place is made beautifully and maintained very well. Located on the seashore, the view around is beautiful. Wanna escape from everything, this is where you want to be.

Better than other hotels. Here staff can understand english and can speak as well. Location is amazing, have Beach access, infinity pool is cherry on top

Ideal place which makes the stay like fulfillment of a dream. Rooms are ultra spacious, luxurious and modern. My family was delighted to be there. The pool was closed for renovation but the property being on the beach made up for the loss.

Excellent property with some amazing activities to do around.
