Location is just right on the karon beach, lovely property, overall experience was amazing. Highly recommended

This property is old. I don't know how it is MMT luxe property. I have stayed at so many luxe property before and this doesn't meet those standards at all. In the room, there cannot be complete darkness. The property is very huge. So travelling with an infant along with stroller is a big issue. The only good thing about the property is the pool area and direct access to beach. Pure Veg options for breakfast has to be prebooked one day before.

location at the starting of Karon Beach, excellent property, great beach, very helpful staff. breakfast is good, better to go early and avoid the rush, pool and beach, lazy river are great for relaxation.

Hotel staff not cooperative and service was also very slow and breakfast is also not proper for Indian people and tasteless also

On the application of MMT the Premier Room King at Centara Grand was showing description having sea view corner room with photographs of corner room with ocean view and huge balcony with jacuzzi. Accordingly, I had booked Premier King Room. However at the time of check in at the counter I was told that Premier Room King doesn’t have ocean room. The hotel offers sea only in the category of Ocean View Room and when I showed the details at MMT application. I was told by the hotel staff that Premier King Room does not have ocean view and description give there is incorrect and pictures uploaded under that category of room are not exactly of that room and pictures of two different categories of room have been mixed up

The stay was amazing. The property is beautiful right next to the Karon beach. You can walk on the beach to reach to the actual view point and karon main market. It has slides and great pools. The only slight downside was a the indian food which i tried. It wasn’t very good and I gave this feedback and I believe they will improve it.

Property is excellent, location is very gud near patong beach. Swimming pool is awsum, food is also gud over all we enjoyed alot in the property.

Ultimate experience. Luxury at its best within affordable range, warm hospitality with limited but suprisingly good choices of Indian food too. Highly recommended for leisure travel due to close proximity of both Patong and Karon beach.

Reception staff was not cooperative and was very rude..we have to call reception for 3-4 times for electricity fault on the room

They gave us a downgraded room without a Jacuzzi and was much smaller as well. We had to fight for hours before they gave us a room without a jacuzzi. It was really unfair and we were very disappointed and felt cheated.

Not very happy about the stay. We stayed for 2 days with kids and the experience is mixed. The property( outdoors) is good but the rooms and the service are disappointing. The rooms ( we are two families that visited) and amenities were old, the bathroom and toilet doors don’t hold making water overflow causing a mess. The staff at the reception were not courteous and felt like they are super money minded. Surprised to see they don’t offer water for free in the dinner buffet. The breakfast was very bad and the again some staff at breakfast place doesn’t seem to like their job! Finally felt it’s not worth the price we paid for. The nice thing is the outdoor property is private, has easy access to the beach. We spent 3 days at Novotel Alta Vista in Kata for half the price but enjoyed the service better.

Centara grand is a luxury resort with lot of things to offer. Lazy river, multiple swimming pools and slides. It has sort of private beach. Lot of sunbeds. Only 1 problem veg food options are very pathetic, limited. But you can easily order grab

Wao incredible. The best resort in phuket in terms of location and views. But beware indian food options are very pathetic. If you are vegetarian just order food from grab and almost no veg options in breakfast or al a carte. Swimming pool is best with private beach.

Check in was late because room wasn’t ready. Very less veg options. They don’t give a tour of the property, and its huge so not possible to roam on own and know what is where. Room and pool and beach all are very far like walking 10 mins also stairs, which is very inconvenient.

Lovely property right by the beach with fairly large rooms and good service. Especially loved that they had an adults only pool far removed from the screaming children!
